some of you girls must be aware that lustmonday had stopped operation for the past few mondays. reasons?wedding preparation and honeymoon=)

we sincerely apologize for any mistakes made during this period as we had too many things on hand and a new life to adapt to and were unable to take good care of all things. SORRY!

now,we have recharged and all ready to bring the business back to operation. so girls, please continue to support us, we have plans and what we need are time and support.

okay, back to the topic, what do we mean by sing-wedding-post?it is actually a post about wedding and singpost.

1 of the things to do during the wedding preparation is to get invitation cards from the hotel, have it printed and then mail it to relatives and friends.

i mailed out the cards to my relatives and friends about a mth before the date. i assumed everything was fine and in control.

i invited this nice and responsible jc friend, miss c to attend my wedding over msn and she agreed. address given and i mailed her the card.

to my surprise, she didn’t turn up for my wedding, i asked another friend of mine,”why isn’t miss C here today?” my friend replied,”oh!you invited her?” no one knew why. and stupid me!i did not have her hp number,couldnt ask her why too at that very moment.

shortly after my wedding banquet, i left for my honeymoon and upon my return, my friend called me and told me why miss c didn’t turn up.

reason: she didn’t receive the invitation card.

miss c was paiseh to ask me about the invitation card and i assumed she got it. in the end, she didn’t turn up. she was super apologetic for not turning up and i felt super stupid for not following up. damn it!too late.

lesson learnt: delivery may go wrong along the process  (have you gals ever received letters meant for your neighbours?i did.) so gals, so do opt for registered mail service if possible. postman is human being too and it is common for human beings to err, isn’t it? we make mistakes too. =)

and for those who are are single, do follow up with your relatives and friends on the receipt of invitation card when your big day is coming.
